NASCO Helium Projects in the United States
Strategic helium assets across Arizona, Utah, New Mexico and Colorado
NASCO Energy & Resources AG develops and participates in multiple helium projects across the United States. The company focuses on regions with favorable geology, established resource infrastructure and long-term industrial relevance.
The portfolio includes projects at different stages of development — from producing assets to exploration and infrastructure expansion. Together, these projects form the operational foundation of NASCO’s long-term helium strategy.
Dineh-Bi-Keyah (DBK) – Arizona
The Dineh-Bi-Keyah field in Arizona is one of NASCO’s core helium assets. The project includes multiple producing wells and helium concentrations exceeding five percent in raw gas streams.
NASCO holds full ownership of the concessions and operates helium separation infrastructure at the site.
- ✔ Location: Arizona
- ✔ Helium concentration above 5%
- ✔ 100% concession ownership
- ✔ Existing helium separation infrastructure
- ✔ Multiple producing wells
Hogback – New Mexico
The Hogback project in New Mexico is characterized by high helium concentrations of approximately eight percent. NASCO currently holds a 30% interest in the field and participated in the development of the processing infrastructure.
The project includes a helium separation facility designed to process raw helium streams and support future market expansion opportunities.
- ✔ Location: New Mexico
- ✔ Helium concentration around 8%
- ✔ NASCO participation: 30%
- ✔ Helium processing infrastructure
- ✔ Potential for future downstream expansion
Boundary Butte – Utah
Boundary Butte in Utah contains proven helium, natural gas and oil reserves. NASCO holds a majority interest in the project through a joint venture structure.
Helium production has already been initiated at the site, while additional geological potential remains under evaluation.
- ✔ Location: Utah
- ✔ Proven helium reserves
- ✔ Majority participation by NASCO
- ✔ Existing production activities
- ✔ Additional development potential
Las Animas – Colorado
The Las Animas project in Colorado represents an important development-stage asset within NASCO’s portfolio. The company holds a controlling interest through its subsidiary NSC Helium Colorado, LLC.
Geological analysis, permitting and initial drilling activities support the long-term development strategy for the site.
- ✔ Location: Colorado
- ✔ Approximately 10,000 acres
- ✔ Majority ownership structure
- ✔ Drilling permits in place
- ✔ Planned infrastructure expansion
Diversified helium project portfolio
NASCO’s multi-project approach reduces dependence on a single asset and creates operational diversification across different regions and development stages.
Existing production, infrastructure development and future exploration potential together form the basis for long-term strategic growth within the helium sector.
Strategic relevance for industrial supply
Helium remains critical for medical imaging, semiconductors, aerospace, cryogenics and scientific research. Reliable helium supply is becoming increasingly important as industrial demand continues to grow worldwide.
NASCO’s US-based projects are designed to participate in this long-term industrial development environment through strategically located helium assets and infrastructure.
